Mob's Clan & Range Changes

Hello, im not sure if this was done on purpose, or was a accidental bug due to other updates but since Freya Public Release #2 mobs Clan and Range acts a lot different then it used to for example...
Now the clan type is not taken into consideration at all, for example there can be a mob with orc_clan with range 400 and a different mob with bandit_clan with range 0 and you can attack the orc_clan mob and if the bandit_clan mob is with in the 400 range it will aggro you, even though they aren't the same clan.
Also it has changed in this way too, if mob A has 800 clan range and mob B has 0 range and you attack mob B while in the 800 Range it will aggro you ofc and you go and kill it (thats how it used to work), but now for example if you attack the mob that has the 800 clan range it will call all most with in a 800 area to aggro you.
So basically old clan_range = the range in which it will help same clan monsters if they are attacked in the range
new clan_range = the range in which it will aggro all mobs regardless of that surrounding mobs clan or range, with in the specified area
Its fine if this was on purpose, was just thinking it might be a bug, and if it isnt a bug ill try and look up what files changed and revert them, just wanted to know if anyone knew.
