i recommend to be very careful with all those downloads and prevent any troian or logger which can be in those clients...

i got the c3 client finaly ^^ ^^ but now i'm facing the next problem the l2.exe does not start in my vista 64bit, the normal startup works but then it begins to update and that not what i want ofc

Don't run updater duh...

Try and right click on the L2.exe file and run as administrator.
BTW: Vista is as stable as Windows ME, why do you think they came out so fast with Windows 7, but I guess all their software is unstable since they are money hunger and don't spend much time on testing and let the public beta test their software for them and use their auto update invention to add fixes for the problems as the public finds them for them.
