my issue is that i cant connect to my server from another computer and nor can my friend that lives in Bulgaria, i also have 2 computers, one that i use to host and modify the server i have created while the other i wish to load the game client and check it with my other computer to save on my available memory and also let my friend in BG and others play on my server. and i looked everywhere about a tutorial bot i have found nothing that helps my issue...i have done everything i could to get it to work...all my ports are open...and my firewall i have all the main game ports unblocked...2106 and 7777 and i still get nothing from my other computer...and it has full connection...is there any way i can get some help on what to do? to set my server on live for others to log in on my host computer?

ALSO to note i dont have a router...and would like to do this without buying a router...

I can foward you a page where you can see if you are accesible from internet:

Just add your IP, like this: http://kimeraweb.com.es/l2j.php?ip=85.137.93.63
and it will check if you have your ports availables, so, knowning that, you know you're accesible and roll page.

It is in spanish, but very easy to understand, you only need to see:

LoginServer: Puerto 2106 accesible.
GameServer: Puerto 7777 accesible.

if you get something like:

============= Imprescindible para que los jugadores puedan entrar =============
LoginServer: Puerto 2106 inaccesible.
GameServer: Puerto 7777 inaccesible.

then it is about fowarding ports.
