fake PC patch failed despite correct install

my issue is that i used one of the server patches and i cant ever get it to work much less build...it keeps giving me the error that it could not resolve the fakePcsTable and i applied the patch correctly...and used the latest update for it and it still failed :/ can anyone help me with that as i have a project i wish to make with that specific patch
