error when server restarting !

Hello , somehow my server have this error after restarting .
I'm using Freya the latest version , was working fine but for X reason now has error. IF after this error close the server and reopen the .sh files working and this error dont appear anymore .
But every time trying to restart by commands or telnet this error stop the server and i have to reopen manual . any idea how i could fix this?
