I wanted to know if I could lend a hand with the theme of MMO_NO_DELAY ... freya on my review as I can implement it? anyone can tell me changeset. would adapt to the latest version freya!

You need to add the latest version of MMO Core, you don't need to compile it, you can copy the one in current trunk from High Five.
Then add some configs into gameserver core, take a look at the changeset: Changeset 4978 and Changeset 4979
