how can i update from freya to high five my source? (i have some custom features inside i dont want to lost them)
Sync the sources with the Freya branch/revision that you have, it could help you to create a patch

Checkout a new project and apply it. Review the changes and resolve manually the conflicts.
There are much things changed and probably it takes time, but not difficult.
