NO GM & NPC help!!

hi guys i start my server ans all things and i log in but i am not GM in my server how can i be GM
2.how can i add GM SHOP OR BUFFER (NPC) plez help me
if any one can help me ?

Set access level 7 not 127

yes i do that but what i do after that is that done?
and how can i add gmshop?

i change it but
i dont have GM after i do that and i open ( startSQLAccountManager ) and click 4
4=list account and access level
then i click 2
2=GM/PRIVILEGED account (access level<0)
and GMs is 0
what can i do?

startSQLAccountManager is for accounts not for characters btw that doesn't makes you GM.
You must change it from your navicat in l2jgs database table: characters
