Need some info before opening a low/mid rate server.

Beacause im just getting familiar with low/mid rate servers, i'd like to know if my players will be able to experience all the instances and stuff like hellbound, seeds etc. In other words i'd like to know what kind of retail like features are working on the current beta branch and wich are not.
