L2J Server

i did not know where to post this...
i have one Freya server online. i made it only for expiramentation and to have some fun with my friends.
i prepared the l2.ini file with my internet ip, i set the ip to the server confing and to login config. an also to the ipconfing.xml
so, my problem is that i join the server with no problem and everyone else, make account with no problem but the keep seeing the server with ping 9999... and of course they can not join...

what i do wrong..

i got the java, mysql 5.0 and navicat before 2 years from another server i had.. but this server was for lan play.. and it was working prefectly.
now i got the freya datapack from this foroum, i don't remember which version is it. because i ve donwloaded all for testsing..
anyhow, the server works perfectly, my problem is gameserver's IP... and i think i make mistake with IPCONFIG.xml

I think that you have wrong client, but I cannot help if you don't know what files are you using.

when you say files? you mean datapack?
i don't think that i have wrong client.. because i log in normally and i already make GMshop, global GK, Buffer...
my friends can not log in.. they use the same client.
they see the server name, and at the same time i can see at the "login server console" that they create account.
but when they go to the server choice window. they see the server name with 9999 ping... (while i m already in game)

yes, that's the point. i have enabled the option "every one has admin rights" but not the "GM access only".
i want to clarify that the ping is 9999 but the server status is "light" not "down".
i know that at "gm access only" option you see the server "down" but you can normally log in..
they see the server "light" and they can't login...

and here is new l2.ini file because my ip was changed. :REMOVED

if you have Freya client you can check... its online now and i m already in game..
