NAS - Network Area Storage for SOHO

Hey folks,
need some advice regarding NAS subject. To be short, i need some 2 HDD NAS (mirroring) which will serve as LAN storage but also as cloud, download station, mail server, functions like webserver, mysql and php support...and many more. I would like to go max up to US$350/€300. Most appreciated advices are those based on personal experience. Thanks in advance
