L2J Server

I am starting to get sick of it, so i'd like to see some of your opinions on the matter.

L2 sucks in a lot of aspects. But even then, it has this little something about it that makes it impossible to stop.
I've tried quite a few MMORPGs out there, and I still find (pre-H5) L2 to be the best.

Some guy on my first server said: "You can't stop playing L2. You always pause it for a while, and get back to it later."
He was frighteningly right.

Not for me. I dropped it a few weeks after I started administering a private server (which was at least 3 years ago), haven't played for more than a day in a row since. Tried GoD a year ago, got my char to ~lv16 in a couple of hours and got bored.
But, tbh, I have found the same to apply to other games aswell; I can't keep my focus on any one game for more than a few days, I just lose interest.

i stopped playing as well when i started my own server which was 4 years ago. L2 has some nice things about it, but thinking about playing makes me sick some times lol.

true, you finally see how things work and it aint so magical after all.

Yeah, like when you surely know that dancing naked doesn't improve enchant chance : D
And anything else does - "Rnd.get(0,100) < chance"

And more funny is that explaining this fact to players is still useless : D

Because it's easier than working with offical.
