Custom GM SHOP Target

Hello guyz!
Recntly I added a GM Shop to my server.
It has HTML and Multisell components.
GM shop works great but i cant target it with normal player.
GM targets it and uses it no problem.
I searched in configs but no luck, could you please explain me how to enable targeting for normal players?
