the door opens on the official server

when you make 7s quest, you port to that room

I thought static objects and meshes can't be used much anyway as they spawned and controlled on the client side... or am I wrong? I mean .. there are tons of doors and the likes - waterfalls, flames etc. Is there a way to use them as e.g. decorative objects?

You can use only doors mapped in client dat files, same for static objects thye must be mapped.

This id "21160501" is a door that is not in the client inside dat files but that last are now open and close

then the door even with one must be id

door id from Client
