Hi, I tried changing servers name from "Barts"

I changed Bartz in ServerNames.xml to "TEST"

When loads :

Updated Gameserver [2] TEST IP's:
127.0.0.1/127.0.0.0/8

But in Server Select menue it is still Bartz.

How can I change this?

That would be client editing. Which cannot be discussed here.
