is too old (format 29) to work with client version '1.8.10-SlikSvn-1.8.10-X64 (SlikSvn/1.8.10) X64' (expects format 31). You need to upgrade the working copy first.
WHat do i need to do ?

Maybe svn is not update for 1.8.10 i got 1.8.9 and work fine. Try to install it

"Update to HEAD" updates to the last revision, "Update to Version..." let's you choose on what revision to update.
Do the HEAD one.

It's "Upgrade", not "Update".
