L2J Server

I have a question.
Some years ago I played on a server with a custom glow with specific weapons.
So only these custom weapons had this glow. It was a infinity weapon glow with colour.
I tried to make it but it has no colour, altough its +16, can someone help me out?

For that is need client edit what is forbidden to discus here. Try in some other community.
