Core buffer

Is the core buffer built with just Html? or is it somewhere in the java also? Can I make it so after its done using the preset fighter and preset mage it doesn't reopen a random buff.html and keeps it closed? Thanks in advance.

Yes got core, look for L2NpcBuffer type
