I test PM's in my server and not working.
I try find out but you had change some imports and I'm not expert on Java so if someone have an idea what can be i will be glad.

Exactly Wispers doesn't work any metod, if I use Alt+Y or "charname.
I tested with GM and normal player.

+ to this report i have same problem
I check this problem on ChatWishper.java you hava a enum the type of chat .. NPC_WISHPER if you change to WISHPER work fine..
But i don't know if is retail .
