Config rate inside group

hi how can I increase rate(%) inside group items?
Case 1:
PreciseDropCalculation = True
DeathDropChanceMultiplier = 2
increase number of drop items but still % drop for these items
Case 2:
PreciseDropCalculation = False
DeathDropChanceMultiplier = 2
increase % group chance but still % drop for these items
