My server problems

Hi all. Today finished creating my server and I have several problems to make me admin:
I was editing the Navicat and when I entered the game tells me my command I have no privileges, and passes to sack all the privileges and accommodating when I go get a command and nothing appears admin.
Someone pass me a tutorial done for you as admin of me and not have any problem of privilege and that, thanks
