somebadde can help me with the telnet somebadde knows a good program for it for shuting down and restarting and private msg etc

Telnet is telnet is ... um ... telnet. Practically all machines I know of come with a telnet client. Just set it up in your config files and ... um ... telnet to it.

try it with "help"
