Clans are gone !!!

Ok this is my problem.
before i used eclipse and the java files u get when u use it, i used nightlybuild.
Almost no problem at all altough we had a few whinners about the auto skill system.
We had already a bunch of clans in it and all went well untill this happend.
Before i used the new system wich came from java, i first made a complete backup of my old database wich was running at the time,
that finished succesfull so no harm done.
Also i made a complete backup of the l2jdb folder, all went good no harm done.
Now i installed the new database at first as l2jdb3 so it was as clean as possible (the new java system from eclipse).
Then i first copyed the backupfile into mysql l2jdb3 so i could backup the entire system in it.
Then i deleted all the files related to l2jdb in navicat so l2jdb is clean, and l2jdb3 has the originals.
After that when install was finished of the new system i toke back the backup i made and put it back again into mysql l2jdb so all backups are back in original space.
I did a full restore of the backup so everything i had was back in the database.
My gameserver starts everything but all clans where disolved altough it loads them, all castle owners has lost there castle altough their clans are registered as defender lord but not owner ???
What the hell did i do wrong here.

Maybe one can explain to me what i did wrong here and how to resolve this, it counts 94 clans wich are gone ...
