I would need help with the Connection please read and help!

I did now extarnel ip on my WAN IP so how the internal IP. so i change the host with following think
WAN IP L2authd.Lineage2.com
after this everybody can connect on my server only my self not ><
now i only change the internal ip to my LAN ip i test again and its dont work!
i changed it to localhost it dont work i only can connect if i do all ips to Localhost i dont understand this if one can help me i would be really happy!
