If anybody game on official servers, plz, chek quest Repent Your Sing...

if exist - it must decrease You PK counter.

it mus take in Wastlend (near Gludio) from NPC named Black Judge (stay near rocks beyond the merchants)

I find only title, and instruction about thith quest working in russian...
in quest you need find recources, make collar, take imp and give lvlup to imp... after all - you go to take rewards, and you PK counter decrease about 1-10 randomly.

I dont know, is it realy exist on C5.

Black Judge should be in Floran near one of the mills (at least, i saw him there a long time ago in offi) and according to Lineage2.com he should still be there.
I will ask my brother if he wants to do the quest, he has a PK count of 8 I believe on the official server. Then he can make some screenshots and post them here.

U need server side changes
The sin eater takes 100% your exp, u need to add this "new" summon.
The item that summon the sin eater is used for summoning a wywern Oo
Need to add the stats of the sin eater (some1 post it, search forum).
And I know, my english is bad

but - thith quest and geodata - like unsolved problem in L2J...

if you try to make good playable server, not Easy-PvP - you need it.
or need GM, who make PK-cleaning over Adena (and take out adenas excess)....

but - take out easy make, using pets rent...

First time - we need take screens...
and - be solve problem as new information becomes available

There are 3 Black Judges that I know of:
-Wasteland south
-Floran
-Hardins private acedemy

You can also remove the new "death penalty" debuffs at a Black judge, because the scrolls don't work if you are chaotic. (costs about 50% more than a scroll)

someone linked the itemhandler to the wyvern, so that players on a custom server can have one - was never changed back, because the sin eater wasn't done...

The sin eater always talks (random chat - changes in peace zone) - funny but annoying *g*

Stats are hard to post since the sin eater assume the level of the person when you get him. So if your lvl 45 he is 45. If your 26 he is 26. One thing I do know is if you get him at 39 and you cross the 40 barrier and change class the quest becomes void.. I currently have a sin eater if you want the stats for the level that he is currently at I can post those.
