Posts order in this forum (a bit confused)

Some time ago all was clear - first post on the top, then read all answers from up to down.
Now... fist post at the bottom, but answers show from up to down (not consequent with the first post). So, you scroll to the bottom to read a topis, then you scroll again to the top, to read what is answered... A bit confusing, difficult to read multi-paged threads and so on. Usually, if you have first post at the bottom, you have answers going from down to up...
Have I missed some config option in my user panel, to change it back or this change is permanent?
