Problem with 2nd Occupation Marks shop..

Hi all

I tried to create a shop for 2nd occupation change Marks.
I used an Npc that had no spawning - 31757 -
I added a new shop id - 206 - and add it to merchant area of Giran.
I then inserted the item values in merchants' buylist and also created an htm file for the specific npc_id.
I choose the MArks I want to buy and then a system message occurs inside the game - not in the cmd console - as an announcement saying something like "Ooh what are you going to do now that you r cheat didn't work" and it bans my char..
Is this has something to do with the sql tables and the items stats -ex if it is tradeable, sellable etc - or it has to do with Jython?

I checked an older revision of nightly datapack - I have Revision 745 now installed , checked revision 744 - and what I found out is that in the fields `dropable` and `tradeable` of etcitem table the value was true and now is false..I shall try it by the time I got home and I shall repost..or maybe I am justing posting crap and changing only the field `sellable` will do the trick

Sql didn't help..
What I have found so far is that it has to do with access level of the character..is there a function that connects char access level with the "buy" action of the Quest items??..
so If anyone knows how to setup a 2nd occupation change Marks store it would be gladly appreciated
