L2J - Bug Normal Atk. 1 Hit And Stop O.o No more hits ? :S

Hello,
I want to comment to them that my problem is the following one:
When my characters hit to mobs or in pvp does 1, but after hit that does do not do no but, soon single I can beat with Skills… As serious bug? They can help me?
