Interlude vs Kamael

I was wondering....
I am sure that the Devs are all very busy working on the new Kamael at the moment. However, could someone tell me if the Interlude pack will be completed or left as is with all its bugs and still to do's?
Each time NCZ0ft brings out a revision, we all jump to chase after them!
Honestly, after going though this process a few times now, I would realistically rather have a fully working Interlude pack first! I am even prepared to pay for this if someone has one!
Lets see....who are the most populated servers? Mostly the C4 leaked Off packs! This leads me to believe that I am correct thinking along these lines, but cant afford such huge servers!
Any comments?

1. I guess the DP devs are not working on Kamael atm - it is too early. a few ppl work on the java side for it but the client may change a few times until Kamael is released in NA. and most of them are probably busy in rl...
2. it is necessary to get the basic stuff working when Kamael is released so everyone can use an unmodified, patched client.
3. nothing is "left behind" - the l2j project stays the same. there are some things from every chronicle still bugged or not working at all and we all work to get old and new things running. but some things are harder than others so some things will work fast and some things take their time. and for some things we do not have valid sources, yet.
4. most c4 leaked servers are updated to c5 or interlude - some things work others don't... the main difference to l2j is that almost all basic things until c4 work because they did not have to code it themselves. they also "chase after NC" and leave things undone if they do not know how to get it working.
conclusion:
when Kamael is released in NA, l2j will move to this version as soon as possible. the old bugs will carry over and the ppl working to fix them will still work on them.
it's like any other program - you move on and at some point you decide it is time to give it a new release number because you added some major features, then you go back to fixing bugs.
I see no problem in this. some ppl will always try to get the fancy, new stuff working while others work on the old stuff.

Sounds very fair and understandable to me! Dont get me wrong, I am not flaming the Devs...You guys are great and I share your passion for the game!
However, I do have a huge request though...
Can you give me a time frame as to when the Manor System, the Interlude skills and pets will work? The manor system has been carried over for a long long time!
I have also noticed that on some updates the pack seems to "backdate", often on simple things like html, mobdrops etc! In other words, stuff that was working is no longer! Maybe I have been updating incorrectly? Dunno!
Cheers

Manor system is like the L2J and L2JDP's greatest unicorn...it's like a horse you hear about but never see. It will be ready when it's ready. That's the general attitude on it. Core already has support for seeding mobs and only getting seed rewards (no drops, except spoil) when a mob is seeded. However, it is missing a whole lot of other stuff. Also, the manor zones aren't properly defined...anyway, it's a pretty big project.
Interlude skills: People are working on them already. Core needs to change/add some things before DP can make appropriate changes to get those working.
Pets? What's wrong with pets?
I have not noticed any "backdating". However, sometimes core changes require DP changes, or DP changes require core changes...and if the two aren't installed in synch, some things may break. Perhaps this is one thing to look at. And btw, don't refer to mobdrops as a "simple" thing

Droplist (as well as spawns) are a naughty giant :/

mobdrops and spawnlists are "small thingies" yeah sure... rework by yourself 45521 spawns and 33172 drops and them tell me how much it takes to finish it.
