[DONE] New section "Fix Bug"

For the bug section of this something more organized, you could you create a subforum called "Fix Bug", where you move all bugs have been fixed.

And new subforum for "Invalid Bug"

Forum: Bug Reports
--> Sub-Forum: Exploits and Severe Bugs
--> Sub-Forum: Invalid Bug
--> Sub-Forum: Fix Bug

Tried to mention the thing about fixed bugs before (at least a year ago), but TPB just bluntly refused it, saying that "there's too many forum sections as it is"... Obviously, I don't agree with him, but what can we do...

Anyway, bump for great good.

It appears after some time when nobody reply on it something like 24h and when you use it it disappears again for next ~24h

Well, it seems it's not configured to be in all sections of the forum; for example, my topic in Quests Scripts Contributions doesn't have it, and the topic has been inactive for 4 days.
It is available in Committed User Contributions though; a place where it is far less useful than in other places...
