PartyXpCutoffLevel don't work.

But pg level 47 can exp with pg level 79
How can resolve this ?

So pg lvl 80 can't exp a pg with lvl 49 or lower

Maybe it works without Config.java modify, 'NEEDS TO BE VERIFIED'

well just in case best to change he can change in config only see how it goes if he wants run his own tests if he wishes

Just in case you didn't know, even if you change the default value in Config.java, IT WONT BE USED unless you delete the property from .properties file. So there's absolutely no reason for you to change Config.java just for that.
