damn, this is getting annoying...
The scripts are basically the same for ANY GAME or site, it's just connecting to the mysql db and reading values, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH L2J!
YOU need to go find a professional web dev forum and ask your questions there!!
for example http://www.webmaster-talk.com/
