I my server, any character take any quest from any NPC...
Dwarf make human quest...
Orc make dwarf quest...

Sure, it is my wrong configuration... But, anybody remember where found this option and help-me change the correctly option?

I want dwarf make only quest for dwarf.
Humam make only human quest, whitout another quest classes...

You are wrong that is only for sub class change he is talking about the quest to do to pick a diff class

You will find that most classes can pick most classes when picking a sub this is not a bug this is how it should be. If you check script for the quests all classes seem to be doing and see what classes are allowed to do that quest. Kind of hard to follow what you are trying to say so I give you two options. If you can explain it a bit better then we can help you more

Exist some quests commun for all chars, but, my search on the web, at first moment is not so precise... It was superficialy.

I take a commom quest, but I thinking it was a particular quest from one char. But was not.

After my post, I search with more precision and, my conclusion is:
Its my mistake.
