total commander: select 2 files and press shift+f1

Eclipse - right-click config folder -> compare to -> there's one option to compare with a certain revision of svn, select your previous rev (4413 should be fine)
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
