Luxury Gatekeeper=Original Teleporter HTML Mod

Instead of spawning new Luxary Gatekeepers I went through and changed the HTML files for the standard Gatekeepers to use the Luxury Gatekeepers files. Hopefully someone will find it usefull and time saving.
