Problem with log in - Epilogue

Well guys,
my internal ip is 192.168.1.2, i have opened all ports and set this ip in config files
my external ip is xxxxxx.no-ip.biz set in config files too and in l2.ini


with host file be like this :

127.0.0.1 ....................................localhost
xxxxxxx.no-ip.biz...........................l2authd.lineage2.com

other ppl can log in server....but i cant.......
i try change host file like this :

127.0.0.1 .......................localhost
xxxxxxx.no-ip.biz..............l2authd.lineage2.com
192.168.1.2.....................xxxxxxx.no-ip.biz

and i can log in server with 0 ping but when others log from other network has ping 9999 and they cant get in server.
What i m doing wrong ??

plan A:
give l2.ini file to other people.
dont touch hosts file.

plan B:
dont touch l2.ini file.
edit hosts file:
127.0.0.1 .......................localhost
59.126.78.239..................l2authd.lineage2.com
