i want to ask if is it possible to take some help for c4..
A player can learn skills but when he restart the skills didnt saved to db... where sould be the prob to fix it?

No support for C4... it is a very ancient branch

Download latest version (Freya) and see how it works, then fix it in your C4 server by yourself
