I know its a stupid question, and you say "go see for yourself" but i want to know , i cant decide to start an interlude or freya server, any one have answer?

There's a shitload of interlude servers out there, you, being a beginner, won't stand a chance in the competition. Unless, of course, you don't care about your amount of online players, only the gameplay. Still, l2j interlude is missing a LOT of stuff and has even more bugs/exploits, so nobody who knows about it would recommend it to you.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
