Usually ppl dont need that strong pc for an l2j server depends on how many player you wish for.babun wrote:Yes my question is that: an old server machine with 4 CPU or new PC with 4 core CPU is better for running l2j server?JIV wrote:Also witch is better: 4 single core server processors or 1 CPU with 4 cores.

Each pc you talk about is more than enough for l2j even tho the performance of l2j well no offense but sucks harder and harder with each release...doesnt matter which one you pick it will be more than fine.

MB supports and dual core processors but i shop where i found that server has only with single core CPUs.
I wish to run server with 400-500 ppl on it with that computer.

Re: A hardware question
Anything on the list will run what you need, but I would go with the 2nd option. More modern hardware results in better performance.
