For security reasons...i wanted to change my server's ports...
instead od 2106 , 7777 , 9014 i went at server.properties and loginserver.properties
and changed every ports to new one (example instead of 2106 i made it 1111) same changes at server.properties and loginserver.properties
so now i edit my l2.ini and made instead of port=7777 i made it port=2222(example-wich is my new port)
then i opened these ports to my firewall ...i check em with port checker and everything was fine...
BUT no access to server :SS
cant login...
to see that isnt my configs problem..when i changed these ports to default ones...
clients connected successfully...
so what i missed to change? any thoughts?
ty for your time

Re: Setting NEW Ports ...problem...
client modification talk is not allowed, but you didnt had to change the ports in l2.ini. As far as i remember it connects to the gameserver no matter what port you use, thats also how 2 servers and 1 login on the same machine works.

Re: Setting NEW Ports ...problem...
Login port is hardcoded in client, but nobody here will help you change it since it's client modding.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
