for sub should be from now enough to have Noblesse status

If you are talking about 100 TW badges and you get noble, yes you don't need to be in sub or even have a sub to get this as long as you are over lvl 76

In retail, I can get both nobless and subclass privilege by 100 tw badges. But in l2j, I can get nnobless but cannot add any sub. I think it is a bug.
