Geo Region - Region Offset: 505 dosnt exist!!

Hello.

I have a serious problem and need your help.
My server starts up slowly and the cpu usage reaches 20 minutes at 100% cpu usage and is caught nos100%. I need to give rr.

In Debug mode, and got the following logs:

WARNING 12 com.l2jserver.gameserver.GeoData Geo Region - Region Offset: 505 dosnt exist!!
WARNING 32 com.l2jserver.gameserver.GeoData Geo Region - Region Offset: 784 dosnt exist!!
WARNING 17 com.l2jserver.gameserver.ai.AbstractAI Wrong Delay Set in Npc Walker Functions = 0 secs, using default delay: 0 secs instead.

This is repeated constantly and then the CPU reaches 100% and only giving to normalize restart!
These warning messages appear on these thousands of times in debug mode. I think that is what is crashing the server.

How do I solve this?
Some ppl can help me?
