L2J, I am not sure but on my site i had something with all rights received from NCZ0ft and I removed it after I received this letter and respond to them to see if that is the prob now need to wait for answer.

1. Do NOT link to client files/installers.
2. Do NOT host ANY modifications intended for the client.
3. Do NOT use NCZ0ft Trademarks / Names like L2/Lineage2
4. Do NOT use NCZ0ft licenced artwork/images for your website.
5. Do NOT Collect Donations / Do NOT sell Items / Dot NOT sell subscriptions.
6. Do NOT Tell People how to Mod their clients.
7. You can Upload a host file and let Users Figure it out alone. Any L2 Player must know this so far.
8. Make sure that you make it CLEAR that you ARE NOT using any NCZ0ft Software on your end.
9. Dont be a fool and add anything like "all rights reserved/received from NCZ0ft" anywhere on your website.
10. Track down the email, it could be a fake/photoshopped one sent by one of your very lovely players! E-mail is, as far as I know, not a legal way to serve a cease and desist order!

As a personal thought, that letter seems very similar to the fake one sent to la2.ru on 2008 isnt?

I can say that is 60% true, because Mark Heath is the legal and production manager at NCZ0ft Europe.
But you can ignore it, or reply in his email to confirm.
Since you use L2J and you cant have more than 2000 players, there's no reason to get that warning.

check the origin of the IP, and then you will know if really from NCZ0ft or not.

Afaik they can only shutdown L2J servers if it's hosted in the US, since they are against all that reverse engineering stuff etc
