Sel Mahum low mobs lvl

Hi community, players report me about sel mahum grounds.

Mobs are lvl 50 no 83.

Any have spawnlist , npc and droplisto from Sel Mahum Grounds?

stats, spawnlist and droplist is already done in BETA.
