Custom Npc, no name or title???

I have download a couple of custom NPC's for my server. A scheme buffer, gk and a gmshop. The scripts are working fine but when I spawn a new npc they have no name or title appearing above their heads.
I have tried to set the serverSideName and serverSideTitle to both 0 and 1 with no change. I thought the database may be corrupt and deleted the database and made it fresh and still have the same problem. I've made sure all the fields have values and the run and walk speeds are above 0 and still no luck.
Please any ideas???

fixed, had to add an entry in the npcaidata table for the new npc.
