Problem with skills.

Hello,
I have some questions regarding skills.
I have noticed that characters do not auto learn forgotten scroll skills, is there a way to make them auto learned? and there's some issue with daggers, they seem to not be able to equip dual daggers, it keeps saying cannot be used due to unsuitable requirements, where could that issue be coming from?

nevermind I played around with skill trees and fixed it!
