quest problem
Yesterday i was starting with one carácter, the first quest its the blue gemstone after i pick it i log out. When i back the blue gemstone didint drop, so i tried to restart the quest (alt+ click...quest...upload). Doing this the quest dissapear FROM the npc and i didi t know it. So now when i log with any character the tutorial open and i cant finish it. How can i put the quest again in nowie npc?

Yes, tutorial is broken and needs to be fixed.
