Experence Bar

Is the Experence bar not working correctly for everyone or just on my server?

What I mean is, to get the Experence bar to report current Exp. I have to disarm then rearm a weapon or inventory Item after every kill to move the bar.

I dint see a ticket for this nor did I see anything related to it in a Forum Search.
