Utility of a graphic editor xml ?

Hi,

A few times ago I began a graphic interface to create skill for L2J, at the moment when I write this message, much option is not included, however I arrived at a stage or I wonder whether a graphic interface will be useful or not for the developers of L2J or L2JDP.
I thus Ask you the question, will this type of interface be useful and will not be too heavy? Or the edition and the creation of skill are not more effective of manual method?

Yes i have make this tool, but I stopped the devellopment because I asked in this post if this tool will be useful for community L2J and L2JDP, knowing that it will be OpenSource under GPL when I have make finished a stable version (Although this version on the screeshot is relatively stable and functional ).
This project is coded in Java.
