high upload?

does any1 know how can i have fast internet?i mean high upload atleast 10 mbit because in my country there is no providers to give us this speed.can i rent from another country with low cost?with 1 mbit upload i cant afford more than 50-60 players at the same time and the same place maybe(siege-raid).

If there is no provider for this in your area, you probably will not get this upload speed at home - try looking for SDSL, VDSL or cable providers (names may vary in other countries).
or:
Rent a root server instead of hosting the game on your own PC.

I think that you must rent a circuit with optical fibres (Ethernet Internet)..that should mean about x100 the due that you have to pay now for your ADSL
